One-to-one ADHD coaching

All coaching at Puzzle Peace is one-to-one and tailored entirely to you. There are no scripts or generic programmes — just a focused, collaborative space built around your goals, your challenges, and the way your brain works.

Session format

Each session lasts one hour and takes place in person at my practice in NG11, or online via Zoom. My practice is quiet, comfortable, and easy to get to.

Sessions are focused but relaxed. You do not need to prepare anything in advance — just bring yourself and whatever is on your mind.

Booking sessions

Sessions can be arranged as blocks of six or individually on a pay as you go basis.

Sessions are typically scheduled once a week or fortnight, depending on what suits you.

Regardless of whether you book a block or individual sessions, we will always have a review every sixth session.

Payment

Payment is required in advance for the block or the individual session as relevant. This secures your time in the diary. Payment details will be confirmed when you book.

I accept bank transfer or cash. If you have a question about payment, please do get in touch.

Free call

Before you commit to a block, I offer a free 20-minute call by phone or video. This is a chance for us to have an informal chat, for you to ask any questions, and for both of us to get a sense of whether we are a good fit. There is absolutely no pressure or obligation.

What does coaching cover?

Every coaching journey is different, but here are some of the areas we might explore together:

Time & planning

Managing time blindness, building routines that stick, and getting a handle on deadlines and prioritisation.

Getting started

Understanding task paralysis and procrastination, and finding the strategies that help you take that first step.

Work & relationships

Navigating the workplace, managing communication, and understanding how ADHD affects your interactions with others.

Wellbeing & self-compassion

Building a kinder relationship with yourself, managing emotional dysregulation, and reducing overwhelm.

Goals & values

Getting clarity on what you actually want — and building a realistic path to get there that works with your brain.

Practical tools

Exploring systems, apps, and strategies that can support your daily life — tailored to your needs and preferences.

What to expect

The first session is about getting to know each other and laying the groundwork for our work together. We will talk about what has brought you to coaching, what you are hoping to get out of it, and what is going on for you right now. By the end, we will have a clearer sense of your goals and how we will structure the rest of the block.

  • You do not need to prepare anything — just turn up.
  • The agenda is always yours. We follow what matters most to you on that day.
  • There is no pressure to have breakthroughs. Sometimes sessions are about untangling things. That counts.
  • Everything you share is confidential (see my Privacy Policy for the small number of exceptions).

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to access coaching?

Not necessarily. While many clients do have a formal diagnosis, I also work with people who are on the waiting list for assessment or who strongly identify with ADHD but have not yet been formally assessed. We can discuss your situation in the free call.

Is ADHD coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is not a clinical or therapeutic service and does not treat mental health conditions. It is a practical, forward-looking partnership focused on strategies and goals. I also offer psychotherapy as a separate service — if you are unsure which might suit you, the free call is the right place to explore that.

What if I need to pause mid-block?

Life does not always go to plan — I understand that. If you need to pause your sessions, please just talk to me. We can look at options together, and I will always try to be as flexible as I reasonably can.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions take place in person at my practice in NG11, or online via Zoom. If you have accessibility needs or travel difficulties, please do mention this when you get in touch — I am happy to have a conversation about how we can make it work.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

The free call is exactly the right place to explore that question. You do not have to have a clear answer before you reach out. I will never pressure you into booking, and I will always be honest if I think another form of support might suit you better.
