ADHD coaching and psychotherapy to help you understand yourself, build a life that works for you, and feel more at peace with who you are.
I offer two distinct one-to-one services. Both take place in person in NG11 or online via Zoom, and both begin with a free 20-minute call.
A practical, forward-focused partnership for adults with ADHD. Coaching is about building strategies, developing tools, and working towards your goals — in a way that fits how your brain actually works.
We explore where difficulties have come from to understand patterns that may be affecting you now and work together towards making changes that feel meaningful and manageable for you.
Maggie is a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and ADHD coach based in Gotham, Nottingham, with over 20 years of experience as a UKCP accredited therapist, supervisor and tutor.
After her own ADHD diagnosis aged 51, and her daughter's diagnosis of ASC and ADHD, Maggie found very little support available for late-diagnosed women and neurodivergent families. Puzzle Peace grew from that experience — a service shaped around the way neurodivergent brains actually work.
Sessions with Maggie are warm, non-judgemental, and always led by what matters most to you.

Each session can be either in person or online. Coaching can be booked as a block or pay as you go; psychotherapy is booked session by session.
We meet regularly to explore, plan, and problem-solve — always at your pace and focused on your goals.
Between sessions you have the tools and support to put things into practice, with the option to continue after each block.
Getting in touch is easy and there is no pressure. Start with a free call and we can go from there.
